These terms cover your use of this website. Our services themselves are governed by the written contract we sign with each client, which takes priority over anything on this site.

3. Information on this site

We describe our services as accurately as we can, but the site is for general information and is not an offer. The sample health report and the example engagement are illustrations, not client results. What we deliver is set out in your contract.

4. The free CRM health check

The free health check is a no-obligation review. It doesn't create a contract for further work, and its report is yours to keep. Any access you give us to your CRM for the check is covered by our privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

The PipeCheck name, logo and the content of this site belong to Ventureland OÜ. CRM and partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to name the platforms we work with. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse us.

6. Links to other sites

We aren't responsible for the content of sites we link to.

7. Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, Ventureland OÜ is not liable for losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
